Scope:
Evaluation of issues/gaps in EHSS, Labour Laws, Emergency Preparedness, etc. (compliance and performance) that may need to be rectified/closed in order to achieve of acceptability as a suitable contract/supply partner for international corporations.
Deliverables:
After discussions with the client and a thorough inspection of the systems and facilities:
- elaboration of a structured findings list
- written proposal for a project to close the gap(s)
- re-assessments if required after an agreed time period
