Partnering for EHSS Auditing
Scope:
Scheduled, on-going risk-focused auditing of all or selected affiliates of the Client's operations with the aim to achieve desired levels of performance improvement over a set period of time within the Group on EHSS (Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Security) and/or other aspects (as per prior agreement with the client).
Deliverables:
- Audit Program content and performance criteria as agreed with the Client.
- Structured, comprehensive audits.
- Reports from every audit containing:
- concise management summaries
- graphic grading of essential aspects
- structured conclusions and
- list of relevant findings
- Follow up schedule.
- Project management to close findings (on request).
- Performance benchmarking across units (on request).
